APA is part of a team effort to evaluate the work of the Mississippi Center for Education Innovation (MSCEI).  MSCEI seeks to improve the education opportunities for children in the Mississippi Delta by strengthening school and district leadership, teacher professional development, community engagement, and early childhood education.  APA is partnering with Cascade Educational Consultants in conducting the program evaluation.
